Didnt solve my problem with a reasonable genuinely caring attitude at reasonable price. Another garage solved the same problem £300 cheaper! This is not the first time, same observation during break pad changing! Saved £400!

Not only the I had a prompt service @ Slough Branch, BUT they came over to give me intervals about how the service is going on the vehicle. Like I explain the service is exactly the same @ Range Rover.

The customer service was excellent as always. Although there was a delay in completing my MOT and I had a significant wait, it was dealt with very well. I was kept informed and the manager came to speak to me and didn't charge me for the MOT.
Karen is amazing and made the experience so fun and easy and enjoyable.

I have been asking for a price for a minor part to be replaced - not receivedI was promised a video after the visit- not receivedI called 3 times!!!! to request the information - no call back nor received the video or the pricescore 2!! not 5!!!!!
As above but also because when I asked for my horn to be repaired my car was also given a health check and cleaned. So aSynter if slough go above my expectations.

Great communication from service team before and during annual service and MOT for my MINI. Bit tricky to get the car to/from the workshop now as the car collection service no longer exists but happily I have friends who were able to help drive me.
