Only issue was the late settlement of my old car which meant another payment left my account
90 minute while-you-wait service took 3 hours. There were no issues with car.

Overall good service as usual from Sytner. Like the fact it is never a hard sell. Did not get the paparazzi/bow experience like last time which I presume only really works the first time but slightly expected a little bit of a "Mini Adventure".

Was promised clean inside & out as part of year one check. Car was dirty when I arrived. I asked for it to be cleaned. The outside was given a cursory wipe. The inside was not cleaned. And I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for this poor effort.
