I feel that I have not been properly listened to when when returning the car for a service. Informed certain problems and the car returned with the same problem. I still do not have an answer to the question of my sat nav.

It was fine. My car got serviced, I got a cup of coffee and the car was cleaner at the end than it was at the beginning. It just wasn't anything like as friendly as it usually is. The whole thing felt very impersonal.

The showroom is amazing. The layout and comprehensive collection of models helped to make the decision. The delivery of the car on the 'turntable' was great. But the salesperson is crucial throughout and to this end Chris Jenkins sealed the deal.

Did not think the service was quite as personal as normally is. I had to ring to check when I could pick up my Mini from a service as not heard by 4.30 and I had asked them to look at something and I had to ask whether this has been looked at.

Overall really good - slightly disappointed that they wouldn't keep the car in the showroom premises an extra few days for us which caused us issues - surprising for mini - expected more understanding - realise it was end of month but let down a bit.
