The centre was in Slough, it was a fantastic showcase for Mini. I waited for my service and the environment was very pleasant. One tiny negative, I was there for 1.5 hours and several times looked at the new countryman but no sales person approached

Steve came out with me to identify the noise but of course couldnt hear it, but he offered to gaveca look and on further investigation he found some adjustments that needed doing and nowcall good and no noise.

Waited for advice then had a new tyre fitted etc. Out in a couple of hours, worked on their wi-fi while I waited.

A very good experience. Friendly staff. Spoke with Binod who was lovely - incredibly helpful, patient and easy to chat with. He discussed various options and I was happy with how it all went.
