I brought my mini in with a fault which I described (coolant leak). Service team said there was no problem, but leak persisted. Took car back and it needed a new radiator. Megan in service team was fantastic in dealing with this.

The inspection was thorough. The staff members were very friendly and helpful but the service said it included a clean and they did not clean the vehicle properly just a very basic wash.

Notified that my mini needed 2 new front tyres at a cost of £140.66 each.luckily I didn't proceed as a second opinion confirmed that I did not need to replace the tyres. Also the complimentary valet was not done thoroughly

Courteous Staff, who listened, understood the problem and sought to resolve the issue (warranty claim) as expeditiously as was possible despite the part being on back order. Megan was especially helpful. One gripe, the frustrating telephone system!

Quite hard sell on extra service items not needed for another 18-24 months based on the mileage we do. Car not cleaned despite being asked about 3-4 times in booking process whether I wanted it and told it had been done and car was ready to collect

Luke in Maidenhad has been amazing the last couple of visits he has sorted out my key issues which the lad who sold the car to me kept doing it completley incorrect. I have only marked it down slightly beacuse of the telephone service

Due to a 4 month wait for parts and when part arrived being told they had not trace of my waaranty despite being purchased from Sytner. Stressful and needless after such a long wait and absoloutely not what I would expect from Sytner or Mini.
