I was not allowed to buy a service plan when I bought the car. Then I was offered one having had to pay for a service. Even with the plan I have to pay for extras every time and have to barter on the price of extras. What is the point of a plan?

I would actually have given 6 stars which is down to Mini withdrawing their full service package which we paid for on three of our last Mini purchases. the sales details on the car originally said this was available.

Slough Synter are so much more professional and helpful that High Wycombe/Loudwater. I went to both and I felt like I was being treated as though I didn't know a thing at HW. Slough great service and helpful. Understood my needs and listened.

I was given a quote of how much the first service would cost when I purchased the mini. This was £220 (or £250 for a full service package). When I went to book it had risen to £322!! Also, although complementary, the cleaning of the car was awful.

I brought the car in for checking for break lights; break pads needed changing, but also a few other things were offered to be fixed (a tyre valve, rear break light and licence plate light). A service slot was found, and all went really well.

I booked through your website and it gave me a booking at Sytner Maidenhead. The email confirmation was for Sytner Maidenhead. When I arrived there they had no record and the booking was for Slough.

Took much longer than booking time. Not provided with update until after initial appointment had overrun, and then told it would be delayed further. That also did not include the complimentary carwash which I declined due to being so poor last time.

Ashley went out of his way to make the experience a good one for us. From the initial video of a convertible (after I requested a brochure online) to the hilarious - but brilliant - unveiling of our brand new MINI, we felt we were well looked after.

We got off to a bad start, when i called regarding my booking i was told I was not booked in. As i had gone into and booked in person i was not too pleased. It took a few calls to get it sorted. But they found my booking.
