The after service Valet was poor..the back seat was covered in dust presumably from a Hoover?.
My initial booking via call center took 20 minutes for a very very simple request. Also Ive received this questionnaire when a) I hadnt booked this dealership. B) it was received before Id even been to any dealership.

Rear door seal was leaking.I was told it was wrongly fitted at manufacture.Despite assurances that the bottom shelf would be replaced both before & after collection, this was clearly a lie.This has now been ordered & to be posted to me.Unsatisfactory
