Had to wait for weeks for the appointment. Thought I had a 12 month guarantee on the car, didn't realise basics like wipers were not included, only had the car 7 months, and the wiper blades went surprised they're not covered.

The booking in process is complicated and frustrating due to your automated system. I booked on line but someone then rang me and cancelled that appt. He said he rebooked me but when I arrived there was no booking. It's a shambles. Do better please

My Mini centre always gives good service

Good but, I was told if my repairs came to over £1000, I could spread the cost over 9month. So I said yes to add replacing the front grill(minor damage) but when it came to pay, I was told it had to be over £1500. So had to pay over 6month. Annoying.

Superb service all round. I was kept informed of the progress of the repair and given a nice courtesy car for the duration, all done for free under warranty.
