Having a vape left on the passenger seat was not a good experience. I don't smoke / vape so having that on the seat was a bit gross. Vape handed back at reception.

Sytner failed to acknowledge the car has the MINI Inclusive service package and charged me for the service. In addition the mileage was incorrect...no corrected version yet supplied. I did get a refund .
