I'm not the car enthusiast in my family - my husband is and he could not be there for the collection. So I was encouraged to take a movie of my 'meet your new MINI' experience so my husband could watch later. Glad I did. Liked the large red bow!

As always , service efficient. My car needs 2 new tyres, told to go to ATS, iits on the form. Went to ATS and booked in although they don't think they are the LEX leasing agents. Rang a Mini helpline, still not heard back, had to cancel the ATS apt

This was my first visit and I was disappointed. I had a few questions which I wanted ask and was told the technicians were busy and I would need to rebook . My local garage is much cheaper and is happy to discuss any issues or concerns I might have .
