Quite hard sell on extra service items not needed for another 18-24 months based on the mileage we do. Car not cleaned despite being asked about 3-4 times in booking process whether I wanted it and told it had been done and car was ready to collect

Courteous Staff, who listened, understood the problem and sought to resolve the issue (warranty claim) as expeditiously as was possible despite the part being on back order. Megan was especially helpful. One gripe, the frustrating telephone system!

Luke in Maidenhad has been amazing the last couple of visits he has sorted out my key issues which the lad who sold the car to me kept doing it completley incorrect. I have only marked it down slightly beacuse of the telephone service

U25 Mini Countryman first service - 7300 miles. Service done whilst I waited. All fine Staff courteous and accommodating. At booking I heralded the fact that the radio speaker resonated - crackled esp on speech (known & widely publicised fault)

Due to a 4 month wait for parts and when part arrived being told they had not trace of my waaranty despite being purchased from Sytner. Stressful and needless after such a long wait and absoloutely not what I would expect from Sytner or Mini.

Ignored on arrival for MOT. I saw the service lady was busy with another customer but no acknowledgement I was there and waiting. After 15 minutes I sought the assistance of sales staff at back of showroom who were helpful. You need a receptionist

It was hard to reach the dealership. The automatic phone service is utterly useless - which doesn't help when staff asks you in a voicemail to call them back. Office hours were also not what is advertised on the front door.
