My car was collected and delivered back to me. The driver was very polite and nice. My car had appropriate service and MOT carried out and a lovely wash and valeting completed. I was sent video of car as usual and told all was well. Can't fault anyth

U25 Mini Countryman first service - 7300 miles. Service done whilst I waited. All fine Staff courteous and accommodating. At booking I heralded the fact that the radio speaker resonated - crackled esp on speech (known & widely publicised fault)

Due to a 4 month wait for parts and when part arrived being told they had not trace of my waaranty despite being purchased from Sytner. Stressful and needless after such a long wait and absoloutely not what I would expect from Sytner or Mini.

Ignored on arrival for MOT. I saw the service lady was busy with another customer but no acknowledgement I was there and waiting. After 15 minutes I sought the assistance of sales staff at back of showroom who were helpful. You need a receptionist

It was hard to reach the dealership. The automatic phone service is utterly useless - which doesn't help when staff asks you in a voicemail to call them back. Office hours were also not what is advertised on the front door.
