Had to wait for weeks for the appointment. Thought I had a 12 month guarantee on the car, didn't realise basics like wipers were not included, only had the car 7 months, and the wiper blades went surprised they're not covered.

I paid £150 for you to diagnose the fault just for you to tell me that I need me to pay an additional £950 to do further checks (to see if the fault is with the HMM).

The booking in process is complicated and frustrating due to your automated system. I booked on line but someone then rang me and cancelled that appt. He said he rebooked me but when I arrived there was no booking. It's a shambles. Do better please

Good but, I was told if my repairs came to over £1000, I could spread the cost over 9month. So I said yes to add replacing the front grill(minor damage) but when it came to pay, I was told it had to be over £1500. So had to pay over 6month. Annoying.

I urgently needed my car checking for a steering warning message, I pick up my grandchildren from school every day of the week and could not risk using it. Olivia Holdaway was incredible, she arranged for it to be looked at the next morning.

As always , service efficient. My car needs 2 new tyres, told to go to ATS, iits on the form. Went to ATS and booked in although they don't think they are the LEX leasing agents. Rang a Mini helpline, still not heard back, had to cancel the ATS apt
