Due to a 4 month wait for parts and when part arrived being told they had not trace of my waaranty despite being purchased from Sytner. Stressful and needless after such a long wait and absoloutely not what I would expect from Sytner or Mini.

Ignored on arrival for MOT. I saw the service lady was busy with another customer but no acknowledgement I was there and waiting. After 15 minutes I sought the assistance of sales staff at back of showroom who were helpful. You need a receptionist

Excellent customer service from start to finish from the Mini team. Especially Luke. Couldn't have been more helpful. Everyone made time to discuss any questions and I know it's not a problem if I want to go back to check out any of the car functions
