I urgently needed my car checking for a steering warning message, I pick up my grandchildren from school every day of the week and could not risk using it. Olivia Holdaway was incredible, she arranged for it to be looked at the next morning.

Generally a good experience, those I spoke with were helpful and polite. Mechanic knew what he was looking for and fixed it accordingly and shared so on his video. Thank you to the mechanic.

Oil in transmission didnt need changing according to handbook so paid nearly £400 unecessarilly. Didn't get car washed as a van in the way. Otherwise all ok

As always , service efficient. My car needs 2 new tyres, told to go to ATS, iits on the form. Went to ATS and booked in although they don't think they are the LEX leasing agents. Rang a Mini helpline, still not heard back, had to cancel the ATS apt

This was my first visit and I was disappointed. I had a few questions which I wanted ask and was told the technicians were busy and I would need to rebook . My local garage is much cheaper and is happy to discuss any issues or concerns I might have .

I realise the wash and vac is complimentary, but my alloys were still dirty in places and so were wheel arches (dont think they saw the jetwash) which are easy to clean, also still marks on the windscreen.
