Service & MOT was great. It's very difficult to speak to a person on the phone beforehand however - which was problematic as I had a couple of questions to ask.

It was hard to reach the dealership. The automatic phone service is utterly useless - which doesn't help when staff asks you in a voicemail to call them back. Office hours were also not what is advertised on the front door.
